Waste Transfer Notes

Any stock item within Service Manager can have a waste code allocated to it, these can then form Waste Transfer Notes. For more information on allocating waste codes to stock items see How to: Amend a Stock Item.

To view waste transfer note for a site

If a site has any items on its agreements with a waste code, you can view a waste transfer note for a whole site; this is known as a Season Ticket Waste Transfer Note.

  1. On the Home page, choose Sales
  2. Click on the Sites tab
  3. Use the search filters to search for the site you want to view the waste transfer note for
  4. Click the Options button
  5. In the menu, expand the Waste Transfer menu and click the View option
  6. In the popup, select the From and To date that the waste note is applicable for
  7. Click the View button
  8. The waste transfer note for your selected site will be shown. If there are no waste items for the site, a message will be displaye
    If you want to see all of the site waste transfer notes for a contractor or customer, you can apply the above process from the Contractor or Customer screens respectively.

 

To view waste transfer note for a delivery

If a delivery has been completed for a site and any of the items that were delivered had a waste code allocated to them then the service receipt will have a waste transfer note on it; in this scenario the waste note is referred to as a Single Ticket Waste Transfer Note.
